Mills Fitchet (South Coast)
Mills Fitchet South Coast CC (MFSC) was established in July 2007 in response to a need for professional valuation services along the South Coast. This office, previously trading as KZN Valuers cc since 1997, was brought under the Mills Fitchet banner together with the existing staff and knowledge base. MFSC reports directly to Mills Fitchet (Natal) Pty Ltd who provide support, quality control and mentorship where required. MFSC, however, operate as an independent office and provide a wide range of valuation and ancillary services.
Alan Stephenson, Adri Keyser and Bernice Mazibuko are the Members of Mills Fitchet South Coast CC. Further staff include Cobus Keyser (Financial Manager), Danelsia Olwagen (Candidate Valuer and Personal Assistant), Ronel Nortjč (Personal Assistant), Carina Smit (Receptionist), Willie Lindeque (Candidate Valuer and GIS Specialist), Juandrč Bernard (Candidate Valuer) and Primrose (office support).
Marthiens Koekemoer is a professional Town Planner and a Professional Associated Valuer. He provides valuable town planning services and input as well as valuation services to our client base.
MFSC provides valuation and town planning services to various financial institutions, municipalities, corporate clients and private clients. MFSC's client base includes Standard Bank, Nedbank, various legal firms, and Municipalities including Hibiscus Coast, Umuziwabantu, Ubuhlebezwe and Ukhahlamba.
MFSC specialises in residential and commercial valuations. Services provided to municipalities include the maintenance of the valuation rolls and assisting with the revaluation process where the firm was involved with the data collection, for example in Hibiscus Coast and Umdoni Municipalities. MFSC conducted the revaluation process of all the urban properties in the Ubuhlebezwe Municipality.
MFSC is equipped with the latest ArcMap® GIS platform with trained staff that provide valuable support to the valuation and town planning functions.
