This Johannesburg based operation manages the valuation needs of a number of JSE listed funds and specialises in the valuation of income producing properties.
Valuations have been conducted for, amongst others:
- Primegro
- Growthpoint
- Metboard
- CBS
The branch makes extensive use of Cougar data base valuations, which are used mainly for portfolios & listed fund valuations.
This branch prides itself on personal involvement in all aspects of their clients valuation needs. All aspects of the valuation process are handled by Phil personally ensuring quick turnaround times and competitive rates.

Summary of Key Experience
Phil has been involved in the property industry in South Africa for over 25 years as a consultant valuer for Syfrets Trust Ltd and J H Isaacs and as a property manager and director of numerous property owning companies eg Nefic, Div of Nedcor.
He has served on both the Provincial & National Executive Committees of the South African Institute of Valuers, has lectured Property Valuation at Wits Technicon and has served on the National Property Education Committee (SAPOA).
In addition Phil has set and marked Practical Valuation Examinations for final year National Diploma students for both the SAIV & the Technicon.
